Eligibility Criteria

Accounts created by individuals under 17 are subject to immediate termination.

By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving our services.

Platform Ownership

All platform elements, including but not limited to software code, user interface designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, documentation, and functionality, are the exclusive property of Questara or our licensors. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Third-Party Integrations

Questara may provide links to or integrate with third-party services and websites. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for these external services. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their respective terms and policies. You acknowledge that we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services.

Account Termination
